This is a treadle lathe that is at the Jacobsburg Historical Society,
home of the Henry Gun Works.


 

This one is at Old Mill Village in New Milford PA


This is an interesting one for the inventive types.  This is an old treadle sewing machine
base that was converted into a lathe.  The headstock looks to have been from an early
metal lathe.  It works too!
